Buttock augmentation by Lipofilling or Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)

Buttock augmentation by lipomodelling is a method for increasing buttocks volume using the patient's own fatty tissue.

Unlike breast implants, this technique does not introduce any foreign material into the body. The fat is extracted from certain areas where it is abundant in the patient, such as the hips, abdomen or thighs, via liposuction. Once this fat has been treated and purified by centrifugation, it is reinjected into the buttocks to increase its volume and shape.

The Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is made with autologous fat, that is, the patient's own fat. As long as you have enough fatty areas to remove (pony pants, abdomen, cuffles, knees, thighs). The fat removed by liposuction is purified and then injected subcutaneously into the buttocks area.

The first step begins with liposuction of areas with excess fat. Thus, we redefine the curve of the buttocks while sculpting the hips (liposuction of the lovesicles) in order to harmonize the silhouette.
Liposuction of horse pants, the inner side of the knees and thighs can be performed at the same time as surgery to have a combined effect on the figure.

In some cases, if there is a major fall in the buttocks, a buttock lift can be combined to correct significant buttock ptosis, especially if there is significant weight loss after bariatric surgery for example.
